Custom Timber Furniture

At Mooloo Timber Co., we believe great furniture should tell a story. Every piece is designed to be beautiful, functional and built to last for generations.

From dining tables and bench seats to day beds, bed frames, bookshelves, side tables, floating shelves, and one-of-a-kind statement pieces, we can create custom furniture to suit your home, lifestyle and vision. If you have an idea, we’d love to help bring it to life.

Our custom furniture is handcrafted in our Gympie workshop by a passionate team of local joiners and craftspeople who genuinely love what they do. From milling the timber through to the final finish, every stage is completed on site, giving us complete control over quality and allowing us to create truly unique pieces.

We work with a wide range of beautiful Australian timber species, including Silver Ash, Spotted Gum, Gympie Messmate, Australian Red Cedar, Quandong, Queensland Maple, Silky Oak and many more.
Much of our timber is locally salvaged or ethically sourced, and because we mill our own timber, we can carefully select boards that showcase the character, grain and natural beauty of each piece.

Whether you’re looking for a timeless dining table, a feature bookshelf, a custom bed frame or a piece designed specifically for your space, we’re passionate about creating furniture that is made to be used, loved and handed down. If you’re looking for handcrafted custom timber furniture in Gympie, the Sunshine Coast or South East Queensland, we’d love to chat about your project.
